Privacy Policy

What we collect

To produce a report we ask you for four things: your brand name, your product category, the names of competitors you want tracked, and an email address to send the finished report to. We do not ask for, and do not want, any other personal information.

Payment card details are entered on Stripe’s own checkout page and are never sent to, seen by, or stored on our servers.

How we use it

Your brand name, category, and competitor names are used to generate the buyer-intent questions we ask AI assistants, and to detect whether your brand appears in their answers. This means those values are transmitted to the AI providers listed below as part of the questions we send them.

Your email address is used to send you your report and to correspond with you about that order. We do not send marketing email unless you separately ask us to.

Who else processes your data

We use the following third-party processors. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:

• Stripe — payment processing. Receives your email address and payment details.
• OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Perplexity — the AI assistants we query. Receive your category and competitor names as part of the questions asked. Your email address is never sent to them.
• Supabase — the database storing your order and report.
• Cloudflare R2 — object storage holding your generated PDF.
• Resend — sends the email containing your report.
• Vercel and Render — hosting for the website and the analysis service.

Training

Nothing you submit is used to train any AI model by us. We send your category and competitor names to AI providers only as questions, via their APIs.

Retention and deletion

We keep your order and report so you can return to your report link later. If you want your order, report, and email address deleted, email info@echoandpartners.com and ask — we will delete them and confirm when it is done.

Your report link

Your report is reachable at a long, randomly generated URL. Anyone who has that link can view the report, so treat it as you would any private link and avoid posting it publicly.

For any privacy question, including access and deletion requests, email info@echoandpartners.com and a person will answer. You do not need to have been a customer to write to us. If you have ordered, replying to your confirmation email reaches the same inbox.
