What you’re buying

A one-time AI visibility report for a single brand in a single category. We send a set of buyer-intent questions to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity, record whether and how your brand appears in their answers, and deliver the results as a PDF and a web page. The plan you choose determines how many named competitors are tracked alongside your brand.

What the report is, and isn’t

The report is a measurement taken at a point in time. AI assistants are non-deterministic and are updated frequently: the same question asked a week later can produce a different answer. We report what those systems actually returned when we asked them, and we do not guarantee that a later check will reproduce the same numbers.

We do not promise that buying a report will improve your visibility, your rankings, or your revenue. The report tells you where you currently stand; acting on it is up to you.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Perplexity. Their names and marks are used only to identify which assistants a report covers.

Refunds

If the report fails to generate, or arrives materially incomplete because of a fault on our side, reply to your confirmation email and we will refund you in full.

Because the cost of producing a report is incurred the moment it runs, we do not generally refund a completed report simply because the results were unwelcome — a low score is a valid finding, not a defect. If you think something went genuinely wrong, tell us and we will look at it.

Acceptable use

Order reports for brands and categories you have a legitimate business interest in. Do not use the service to harass a competitor, and do not submit content designed to manipulate the questions we generate.

Availability

We depend on third-party AI providers. If one of them is unavailable when your report runs, that provider’s results are excluded and the report states how many checks were affected rather than silently counting them against you.
